The goal of a wellness coach is to get to the root cause to resolve the issue for the long term. As your Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals and restore your vitality. I help you set goals and make sustainable changes that will improve your health and happiness. I have studied under the pioneers of the nutrition field and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins--the macronutrients. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
